Just after 2pm on Saturday Suffolk County Police rolled up on an auto accident with injuries at the intersection of Frowein Road and Railroad Avenue and called for the Center Moriches Fire Department.

Firefighters and EMT’s arrived to find a 2 car accident with one vehicle on its side. One occupant in the overturned vehicle was extricated through the sunroof and transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Firefighters secured both vehicles and were back in service within 30 minutes.
