With lights flashing and sirens blaring, members of the Center Moriches Fire Department escorted the Center Moriches HS Boys Varsity Soccer team back into town. The Red Devils' team won the New York State Class B Boys Soccer Championship against Ichabod Crane High School, 4-0 at Middletown High School’s Faller Field

Friends and family members lined Main Street from Railroad Avenue to Brookfield Avenue waving signs, honking horns, and cheering for their new local home town heroes.

This is the second State Championship win for boys soccer in Center Moriches school history.

The Officers and Members of the Center Moriches Fire Department would like to congratulate Coach Chris O'Brien and all of the champions of the Center Moriches Red Devils soccer team.
