At 6:07am Center Moriches Firefighters were called to an auto accident with injuries on the Wading River Road overpass at Sunrise Hwy.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find a vehicle into a school bus in the middle of the overpass. The drivers of each vehicle were evaluated by Center Moriches EMT’s and did not want to go to the hospital.

There were no children on the bus at the time of the accident. Firefighters were back in service with 20 minutes.
