At 2:43 this afternoon firefighters were requested to an auto accident with injuries on Railroad Avenue north of Sunrise Highway.

Firefighters arrived to find a single vehicle into a tree with one injury.

As firefighters worked to secure the vehicle EMT’s and Paramedics treated and transported the driver to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Firefighters were back in service within 30 minutes.
