The luck of the Irish was evident Sunday afternoon as the Moriches Chamber of Commerce held its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.

The sound of bagpipes filled the air along Main Street as 100's of spectators filled down town Center Moriches.

Many of the spectators got into the holiday spirit by dressing in green or wearing colorful wigs and hats.

This year's parade was led by Grand Marshal Tony Parlato.

Participants included the local Volunteer Fire Departments and EMS agencies from the area, numerous civic groups, scouting groups, youth groups, and of course Bag Pipe bands from across the Island.
