Just before 10:30pm Center Moriches Firefighters responded to the scene tractor trailer accident at the LIRR overpass on Montauk Hwy at Wilcox Road.

When Firefighters arrived on scene they found a tractor trailer on its side. The occupants of the tractor trailer had climbed out of the overturned truck prior to the fire departments arrival.

Firefighters secured the truck as SCPD divert traffic around the area. Center Moriches FD Ambulance transported the occupants to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Montauk Hwy was closed for several hours while crews work through the night to remove the truck from the roadway.
