Twenty-four years later, we still feel the day’s lasting impact.

Today we honor the firefighters, police officers, and all first responders who answered the call without hesitation and we stand with those still facing health challenges from their service.

The September 11th anniversary holds special meaning for the Center Moriches Fire Department, as members of the department assisted at the World Trade Center site alongside FDNY during the 2001 rescue efforts.
