| The members of Center Moriches Fire Department Company One would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Annual Strawberry Shortcake Fundraiser.
Your continued support is what makes this fundraiser so successful year after year. It is always great seeing so many of our “regular” customers who come back each year and just as exciting to see the look on the faces of our first-time customers when they see the size of the portions they receive!
We would also like to thank all of our Company One members who spent four days working behind the scenes to prepare for this event. From prepping strawberries to setting up, serving, cleaning, and everything in between, this fundraiser would not be possible without their hard work and dedication.
A special thank you goes out to Nettie’s Bakery for once again being loyal supporters of our event and generously donating the cakes, and to Druek’s True Value Hardware for donating the prizes for our raffle.
Community support like this is what helps make our fundraiser such a success. Whether you stopped in for one portion, took some home for the family, bought raffle tickets, or simply helped spread the word, we truly appreciate it.
