We are a special group of dedicated firefighters representing all three companies of the Center Moriches Fire Department.
What we do:
Our primary role is to protect the fire department and other emergency services personnel at the scene as they support the citizens of Center Moriches and surrounding municipalities by providing public safety services.
We Also:
Control traffic at the scene of an accident or other emergency scenes
Crowd control on a fire scene
Assist police department as requested
Traffic control and crowd control for public activities such as parades, races, fairs, etc.
Assist in searching for missing persons
Establish warning barriers for hazardous conditions on roadways
