| At 1:11 PM, Center Moriches Fire Department was requested to respond to an auto accident with injuries at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Main Street.
First arriving units found a two-vehicle collision blocking the intersection. EMTs and paramedics treated the injured occupant while firefighters secured the vehicles and checked for hazards.
Fire Police assisted by diverting traffic around the scene, allowing firefighters and EMS personnel to operate safely.
Montauk Highway was reopened within approximately 30 minutes. |
